Announcement : Updates on technical difficulities in Spectrum
by Azlin Mohd Ali - Wednesday, 19 November 2014, 9:31 AM

"Dear all,
We are having a minor technical difficulty with the SPeCTRUM system at the moment. Some users may encounter errors whilst editing and uploading materials in SPeCTRUM. Please be advised that PTM is aware of this and is working hard to locate and resolve the problem.
In the mean time we recommend that:-
a. users compose their text (e.g. message, forum posting etc) in notepad or somewhere else first in case it does not save.
b. save their edits regularly (every 1 - 2 minutes) to make sure that work is not lost.
We found that the editing function timed out erratically thus causing problems whilst trying to save edits.
Again we would like to apologise for the technical error and will inform all affected when we have resolved the issue."
