Missing courses will reappear on SPeCTRUM within 24 hours after the Confirmation of Registration

Q: I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
A: If you're experiencing login issues, please follow the steps below:
1. Incorrect Username:
Please ensure that you are logging in with the correct format.
Your username should be entered as: username@siswa365.um.edu.my (student) / username@365.um.edu.my (staff)
Password : same as SISWAMail / UMMail
2. Incorrect Password/Forgot Password:
If you believe your password is incorrect, you can reset it by visiting the following link: Change Password
3. Access Guide:

4. Account Blocked:
If your account is blocked, please submit a helpdesk ticket for further checking and assistance.
5. Still Unable to Log In?
