    • MISSING COURSES IN SPeCTRUM / RECENTLY CHANGE OCCURRENCE/GROUP?

      Dear students, please make sure you have completed the Confirmation of Registration in the MAYA portal to ensure that your courses remain in SPeCTRUM. 

      Missing courses will reappear on SPeCTRUM within 24 hours after the Confirmation of Registration.

      Alternatively, you can click this button <Get Course(s) from MAYA> or on the right navigation bar.

      If any of your courses  are missing or wrong  group, please follows these steps to initiate the synchronization process:  

      1. Go to Home/ Dashboard / My Courses 
      2. Click the GET COURSE(S) FROM MAYA button in the side drawer.
      3. Select the appropriate Semester and Session.
      4. Click UPDATE INTO SPECTRUM — this step is mandatory.
      5. Go to the My Courses page to view your course list. Make sure the Course Overview filter is set to All.

      Note: If all your courses are already synced, the UPDATE INTO SPECTRUM button will not appear. In that case, you’re all set! 


      *** Not applicable for term based courses (Faculty of Medicine Undergraduate Program)
