You have registered courses in MAYA but your courses do not appear or some courses are missing in SPeCTRUM

FAQ
Dear students, please make sure you have completed the Confirmation of Registration in the MAYA portal to ensure that your courses remain in SPeCTRUM.Â
Missing courses will reappear on SPeCTRUM within 24 hours after the Confirmation of Registration
When?
You have registered courses in MAYA but your courses do not appear or some courses are missing in SPeCTRUM.
How?

Q: I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
A: If you're experiencing login issues, please follow the steps below:
1. Incorrect Username:
Please ensure that you are logging in with the correct format.Â
Your username should be entered as: username@siswa365.um.edu.my (student) /Â Â username@365.um.edu.my (staff)
Password : same as SISWAMail / UMMail
2. Incorrect Password/Forgot Password:
If you believe your password is incorrect, you can reset it by visiting the following link: Reset Password
3. Access Guide:
For detailed instructions on how to access your account, you can refer to our Access to UM Systems
4. Account Blocked:
If your account is blocked, please submit a helpdesk ticket for further checking and assistance.
5. Still Unable to Log In?
If you’ve tried the above steps and are still unable to log in, please submit a helpdesk ticket for further assistance.

SPeCTRUM will be inaccessible during this period.
